Help administrations to conceptualize and design gender-sensitive projects in the transport and mobility sector.

The toolkit provides tips for designing a “gender action plan” and identifying appropriate gender targets and indicators relevant to the specific context.
It includes tools for analysis, policy dialogue and capacity building with a gender perspective at the levels of administrations and other actors.
The toolkit also includes guidelines for the detailed analysis, preparation and implementation of the action plan.

Although applicable to other contexts, the data and cases provided are from Asian countries with characteristics and mobility habits that are necessarily different from those in Europe.
