Respondre als interessos i les necessitats formatives reals de la comunitat. La programació de les activitats no es realitza de manera unidireccional, però a la vegada defugim de l’oferta a la carta. L’oferta formativa i educativa és flexible i es defineix en el diàleg constant amb les persones que hi participen: primeres entrevistes, grups classe, tallers, tutories i altres moments quotidians. També s’incorporen propostes detectades per altres entitats i serveis del territori.

Participa de manera activa en la difusió del programa i/o en la oferta d’activitats.
