És un programa de creació cinematogràfica adreçat a adolescents per fomentar la seva inclusió social. Té caràcter estatal i està impulsat per l'Alt Comissionat contra la Pobresa Infantil i el Ministeri de Cultura i Esport, en col·laboració amb la Federació Pantalla.

El programa, emmarcat dins de la iniciativa Cultura que transforma, es va desenvolupar de manera pilot el 2022 al Camp de Gibraltar (als municipis d'Algesires, Tarifa i Sant Roc) i va comptar amb la participació d'uns 200 adolescents.
