Qui pot demanar el servei?

Qualsevol persona de la província de Barcelona, excepte Barcelona ciutat, que es trobi en risc per raons d’edat avançada, solitud, fragilitat, salut, discapacitat i/o dependència.

El Servei Local de Teleassistència es pot instal·lar a totes les llars, sense necessitat de requisits tècnics o tecnològics.

 

On puc demanar el Servei Local de Teleassistència?

Per demanar el Servei Local de Teleassistència cal adreçar-se als Serveis Socials municipals.

En el cas de Barcelona ciutat truca al 010.
