La meva estrella

Al llarg dels segles, els éssers humans han mirat el cel per orientar-se llegint les estrelles. Amb aquesta activitat mirem el cel per prendre consciència dels
nostres somnis; això ens ajudarà a identificar cap on volem anar i a planificar quan hi anirem. Posem en valor aquests somnis i ho fem expressant-los i delimitant-los per crear la nostra pròpia constel·lació.

A l’interior del bus hem recreat la natura: hi ha un arbre, coixins amb formes de flors, pedres de riu per descansar i també per inspirar-nos contemplant els estels del sostre i crear la nostra pròpia constel·lació. Amb l’activitat LA MEVA ESTRELLA enumerem i ordenem els nostres somnis i desitjos a curt, mitjà i llarg termini per poder fer-los realitat. Ho materialitzem en una fitxa que ens guiarà en el nostre itinerari vital i que podrem mirar quan ens sentim perduts.
