A l'assemblea de la cooperativa es presenten els diferents prototips que han elaborat els alumnes per tal d'escollir-ne un per votacions. Aquest serà el producte que, durant el curs, elaboraran els joves emprenedors.
Els alumnes elaboren el producte, l'etiqueten i, previ un petit estudi de mercat, reflexionen sobre quin és el millor preu de venda.
